I worked with Jay N. with this recent visit and car purchase. Jay sat and listened to my needs in regard to the car and treated/spoke to me like a longtime friend shooting the breeze. His overall demeanor made me comfortable saying yes and waiting for a deal to be made when I was already late for work. I had a few bad experiences with McGrath in the past and this buying experience has changed that to an opportunity for future buying from McGrath based on Jay and his customer service attitude and willingness to help someone. I still thank the finance team and GM who did their own hard work in ensuring my car troubles were of the past. I'm extremely grateful and I've already started talking about this positive experience with friends and co-workers. I hope Jay stays on and exceeds with his attitude and diligence. Great job!

Anthony from sales was great to work with throughout the process. He was communicative, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference for me. There was a small hiccup along the way, but it was handled professionally and thoughtfully, and Anthony made sure everything was addressed and corrected the right way. I really appreciated the follow‑through, communication, and overall care taken to make sure things were resolved smoothly. Because of how everything was handled, I’m very comfortable giving five stars and would absolutely recommend working with Anthony.

They will take your money Rebecca Cook lies she told me my car was worth 26000$ it books at 17000 I am already in the hole don’t go here they lie they don’t give you correct numbers they say one thing and then put a different price on paper horrible people liars they lie and take your money

I went in with 11000$ saved up to buy a car and I trusted them and I have a car that’s only worth 16000 and a 23000$ loan now I have 4 grandkids I take care of I asked them not to do this to me and they did I didn’t know what I was doing it happened so fast now I’m stuck with 400$ payments and a car that’s not worth what I paid for 2 days ago very disappointing they honestly really screwed me over what part of that is right? It’s not at all I shoulda never trusted mcgrath I was warned it’s all very upsetting now I have to worry about this car and how to feed my grandkids this is not what I wanted at all they don’t listen then they tack on 6000$ for xxxx I don’t need ugh they made my life not better at all

The worst buying experience ever. My daughter bought her first here and it has been a nightmare with one mistake after another on the paperwork. From putting the wrong year on the loan papers to ignoring the bank email for two weeks when there was a problem. Loan was finally finalized two days after loan due date. Thanks for the nightmare and we will not be back and will be sure to tell others to avoid all your dealers. Worst experience ever.
