The worst buying experience ever. My daughter bought her first here and it has been a nightmare with one mistake after another on the paperwork. From putting the wrong year on the loan papers to ignoring the bank email for two weeks when there was a problem. Loan was finally finalized two days after loan due date. Thanks for the nightmare and we will not be back and will be sure to tell others to avoid all your dealers. Worst experience ever.

Do NOT take your car here if you want an honest quote and diagnosis! We have had some serious problems with the repair and servicing shop trying to swindle money out of us regarding our Volkswagen Jetta. We initially went in for diagnostics and received a quote for $18,000 to replace the entire engine. Upon review, our warranty requested more testing in 1,000 miles which Volkswagen stated would be at $0 cost to us because it was requested by the warranty. Service department needs to be retrained. First it was a chip, problem not fixed, than they replaced the fuel pump, problem partially fixed, but then they wanted to do another fix. Four weeks without a car, thousands of dollars in partial fixes. I am done with this service department and going back Honda. Also, this rating system only lets you pick sales people and I only dealt with Service people. The best help I got was from the parts department because their manager made the service department call me back.

Curt was great to work with. When it came to financing I felt lied too and it was not pleasant. I was told on the low end I would get 750$ back on previous warranties and I only got 300$. I was originally told my payment would be 470 and then someone it ballooned to 555 right before we started signing papers. I bought multiple vehicles in my life and this was not a pleasant experience at all.
The only reason I am leaving 6 stars is because this review is based on Tyler. He was an amazing person to work with and he made sure the process on his part was smooth and I was well taken care of. If this review was based on the finance person Jordan, it would be a 0 out of 6. He lied to me and made the remaining portion of this experience the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

This was my first time buying a car for myself and Tyler was very helpful in the process. There was a little trouble getting the title to the vehicle since it was in Davenport, but he worked hard to get it there as soon as possible. I felt comfortable working with Tyler and he provided great service throughout the whole process.
Brandon Dvorak did an excellent job with the sale. He knewthe answer to every question we asked. Service work performed well and fairly. They were able to schedule the time I desired, and completed the work in minimal time which allowed me to stay, use their wifi, and get on with life.
My 2016 GTI recently blew a turbo because of the modifications that were preformed to it before I purchased the vehicle. The turbo was not covered under warranty, this does not bother me because I did not expect it to be once I learned the vehicle was modified. What does bother me, however, was the way McGrath lied to me about the reasoning behind a leaky water pump and a failing thermostat. They need to be sure of the license plate requirements for IA. We were given the option of not having the license plate on the front of the car and took it, only to find out that is a violation of IA law. The law still reads that there must be a front and back plate.
