    I think the cost for a nothing inspection is ridiculous. The brake flush I can understand but a standard inspection that I'm forced to take to disable the nag message in my car is over $200? Talk about negative value. I'll be buying an OBD2 tool to clear it myself and only coming in on actual significant maintenance periods as defined in the maintenance schedule, assuming I can't find an indy to do it. The service techs are solid and I appreciate their feedback, it's the rest of the organization I can't stand working with. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 in the morning and didn't get it back until 5:30 that day as they were closing.

    Last recall, everything went fine. Inquired about my remote auto start, for the 4th time...problem still not resolved. Seriously I've driven 50 plus miles 4 times and still does not work. I'm told to wait 24 hours and try it, not working yet. I bought a car with remote auto start and it does not work. My car still does not have an engine cover due to first recall.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at McGrath, particularly because of my sales representative, Blake Martin, and the exceptional service he provided with the support of the dealership manager, Anthony. I originally went there to look at an ATLAS and was sure that was what I wanted, but they did not have it on the lot, so within a day, they brought it in. Although I loved the car, I wasn't SURE it was the perfect fit for me. Without any pressure to buy something I didn't want, Blake let me think about it and do a little research on other VW options. Then...I knew, I saw the 2025 Tiguan online and did a ton of research on it, and without even test-driving it, I ordered one. I got the SEL R Line, Black. It took a while to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. I know that Blake and Anthony, knowing that model with the caramel seats was limited, went above and beyond to find that specific car for me and get it here to Iowa as soon as they could, never trying to sell me something I did not want. When the vehicle arrived, unexpectedly early, I was so excited! When I arrived at the dealership, I ended up buying all of the extended warranty and services with finance, and enjoyed my time with Abigail; she was a joy. Blake and Anthony then accommodated me with a loaner car for a few days in place of my trade so I could leave the Tiguan and have all of the service done at once before taking it home. I have driven a BMW X3 for years; my last one I purchased from McGrath, and I wanted something similar. The 2025 Tiguan checks every box for a luxury vehicle with every imaginable feature; it is GORGEOUS and the perfect car for me and my lifestyle. I cannot thank Blake, Anthony, Abigail, and the entire behind-the-scenes team at McGrath for the wonderful experience I had purchasing a vehicle without the dread and back-and-forth often experienced by new car buyers. FIVE STARS for sure! Thank you, all.
