Cynthia was awesome! She did an excellent job explaining the vehicle’s features to me which was huge since not only is this our first experience with an EV, but also with something new. Abby in finance really kept things light and explained the lease agreement very well. Both Cynthia and Abby kept our buying experience stress free!

My vehicle was 6 weeks old and left me stranded on a road trip due to a bad battery. I called McGrath VW to get assistance with the replacement since the vehicle was still so new to me. I was told they would not honor the certified used car warranty because it was a battery & they don't cover that. So with my recent purchase fresh in my mind, I took my vehicle somewhere else, where I was treated with respect & my business was welcomed. I will never buy another vehicle from McGrath again & I'll be sure everyone knows they wouldn't help out on a newly purchased vehicle repair.

This was my first service appointment with Volkswagon since I got my Atlas and the service department was hands down amazing. My car had a message about coolant and told me not to drive it and the service department was able to get me in the same day.
