Would have been a five but after I got home I realized they didn't ask me about the recalls that apply to my vehicle. They could have taken care of them while I was there or at least scheduled another appointment.

This dealership/garage are small but they make up for it with outstanding personality! The whole service Dept. is just a joy to deal with.

My name is Audrey Twing . I bought my 2018 Atlas in July of 2024 , after having it for about 2 and a half months . My battey went out . Since it is a Stop and Go system the Battery’s are very expensive to replace . I took it to McGrath Volkswagen in Marion . And they took very good care of me by picking up the cost . Since I have only had my vehicle for two months ! Their used cars place in Coralville should have check everything before selling my car to me . I placed a complaint to McGrath Volkswagen of Marion Iowa and Jordan and Noah stepped up and took care of the problem and cost. A Huge thank you to their General Manager Collin Sleeper For taking the huge burden off of me involving high cost of the battery I would highly recommend them for any of your Volkswagen needs . They are very caring and Courteous . I give them a A++++ in customer service and maintenance . I will be coming to them for all my Atlas Maintenance from now on !
